After you request support from Illinois Computes, one of our consultants will be in touch, ready for a quick fix or to get to know your research, needs, and goals more deeply. We’re ready to support your work, regardless of your level of expertise. If you already have a sense of what you need, that’s great. If you’re exploring the possibilities or need the basics explained, that’s great too.
Once we understand your project and goals, our consultants will advise you on what resources are best suited to your needs. They might also give you some alternative approaches or connect you with other researchers who are doing similar work. With a plan for your next steps in place, they’ll help you navigate getting allocations and accounts on the platforms that you need.
