Hydro
Description
The New Frontier Initiative’s Hydro system is a high-performance compute cluster designed to support research and development in national security, preparedness, and other scientific domains. It features a mix of CPU types and has GPUs available. Hydro is equipped to handle a broad spectrum of computational and data-intensive tasks, from large-scale simulation and modeling to advanced big data and artificial intelligence research. Hydro is an alternative resource to the Illinois Campus Cluster that may work better for some use cases.
